Aluminum

ALUMINUM signs are made of strong lightweight 12 Ga (.081) thick aluminum. This is one of our most durable and long lasting type of signs.  No paint to peel or chip away as the aluminum is faced with a vinyl background color. High Performance up to 8-year vinyl is added as your front color graphics. All aluminum signs come without holes but can be easily drilled by your installer. To attach your aluminum sign to a 2 3/8" post use our pole mounting kit.

Aluminum with complex logos or graphics are required to be digitally printed. For multiple signs of the same type screenprinting may be a cost saving option.

Banners

We offer two banner types VINYL CUT or DIGITALLY PRINTED

VINYL CUT banners tend to be less costly when compared to digitally printed banners. We use High Performance up to 8-year vinyl cut graphics applied to a high quality 11.5 oz. banner fabric which has a thermowelded top and bottom hem. Grommets are located every 24” across the top and bottom and we will add grommets to ends of odd length banners for you.  Choose from roll stock banner heights of 22”, 34” or 46” . Custom made sizes are available.  Pole pockets, rod pockets and pigtail options are available on custom banners. Banners with complex logos or graphics are required to be digitally printed.

DIGITALLY PRINTED banners tend to be less costly when requiring banners in quantity and are mandatory when using graphics of high complexity. High quality 13 oz. semi-gloss finish banner fabric has a long term adhesive tape hem along the top and bottom. Printed at a resolution of 600 DPI using UV curable inks.   These banners have an outdoor durability of up to 2 years.  Sewn hem, pole pockets, rod pockets,  pigtails and UV/antiscratch lamination are available as options on digitally printed banners.

Decals

We offer three decal types VINYL CUT, DIGITALLY PRINTED & SCREEN PRINTED

VINYL CUT decals are for individual letters, numbers, graphics and logos. Choose from High Performance 8-Year or 5-year vinyl.  Decals are masked with transfer tape for easy application.  Application instruction sheet and squeegee are also available upon request. Decals with complex logos or graphics are required to be digitally printed.

DIGITALLY PRINTED decals are required when complexity demands. 2 mil Cast Gloss Finish Vinyl is used. Adhesive backing is designed specifically to minimize air bubbles when applied to surfaces.  Printing is at a resolution of 720 dpi.  Can be applied to any well prepared surface and has virtually no shrinkage. Has an un-laminated outdoor durability of up to 3-years. Has poor scratch resistance without lamination.  Film lamination can be applied to minimize surface sratching and to improve outdoor durability. Digitally printed decals can be contour cut.

SCREEN PRINTED are available with a full assortment of adhesives, from removable to aggressive permanent.  All inks, vinyls and mylars are made for outdoor use. Decals include a slit backing. Many stock die cuts are available.

Vehicle Graphics

Site Signs

We generally make site signs out of either Crezone or Coroplast.

CREZONE 3/4” MDO features a polyurethane edge sealer that resists water infiltration. Standard boards come in a smooth, bright, glossy white.  Custom colour match available. Complex logos or graphics are required to be digitally printed.

COROPLAST 10mm is rigid, strong and lightweight. Full colour graphics can be digitally printed directly onto material.

Windows

Advertise your product or service with vinyl window graphics.  Full colour digitally printed graphics accompanied with our vinyl cut lettering can be installed directly onto your window.  Frosted vinyl that simulates etched glass is also offered saving you the expensive cost of real etched glass.

Magnetics
This removable signage can be removed and reapplied over and over again allowing you to use your vehicle for both business and personal purposes. Suface must be flat, clean and free of dust and dirt.  Bondo and body filler will weaken adhesion.   Magnetic dimension: 12” x 24” Magnetics with complex logos or graphics are required to be digitally printed.

Sandwich Boards

Three options for sandwich boards. Simpo Sign II , Crezone, or PVC

SIMPO SIGN II is an attractive, light weight, durable and inexpensive sandwich board frame that allows for interchangable coroplast inserts. Molded-in stacking lugs nest into each other when units are stacked which prevents sliding.  Molded-in regress protects sign faces. Molded-in handle assures easy portability. CREZONE SANDWICH BOARDS features a heavier product made of wood MDO.  Surface background colour can be painted to a custom colour of your choice. Edge has a polyurethane sealer to prevent moisture penetration and than covered with a white plastic edge cap. A swivel grip handle is attached at top. Sizes available:  24”w x 36”t   32”w x 48”t

PVC SANDWICH BOARDS are made of white expanded PVC sheet with an integral semi-gloss hard surface that is light weight and impervious to moisture.  A swivel grip handle is attached at top. Sizes available:  24”w x 32”t   32”w x 48”t

Plastic Signs

Coroplast or PVC

COROPLAST - The economical choice for short term signage. Looks like cardboard. Available in 4’x 8’ sheets that can be cut downmin size to meet your needs. Available in thicknesses of 4 mm to 10mm. Coroplast signs can be digitally printed, screen printed or direct applied with vinyl graphics.

PVC - Made of polyvinyl foam that has hardened into a smooth finish.  Available in 4’ x 8’ sheets that can be cut down in size to meet your needs.  Available in thicknesses of 1 mm to 25 mm. PVC signs can be digitally printed, screen printed or direct applied with vinyl graphics.

illuminated Signs

ILLUMINATED BACKLIT SIGN BOXES are made with our highest standards providing you with a low maintenance quality product.  Our boxes are powder coated on the outside and have a bright white finish on the inside.  A continuous piano hinge running along the top to ensure an accessible box that is easy to open and close. Sign Boxes are made for sale or for lease on approved locations.

ILLUMINATED FACES are made of Plexiglass (Acrylic) or from Lexan (Polycarbonate).  Choose Lexan for high vandalism areas as it is 50 times stronger than Plexiglass.
